     The objective of all the presentations this past week was to address a social problem. DoVio addressed domestic violence, while and Employ Neutral addressed discrimination in the workplace.
     Employ Neutral focuses on giving people from different backgrounds more opportunities. This website is basically an anonymous questionnaire that allows jobs to pick candidates based on their responses to various questions. The person with the most knowledge or experience would most likely get the job. This allows the potential employee to be hired for what they know, instead of their name, gender, and race.
I believe that this website addresses many problems that are prevelent in the workplace. Employ Neutral would essentially make workplaces diverse. This will solve much prejudice that people have about different cultures and it will have a positive impact on the world.
